It's been a bad run for Twin Cities police the last few years.  This killing, the Australian-American lady in 2017, the guy in his car in 2016...

It's the nonchalant way the cop keeps his hand in his pocket while kneeling on someone's neck that got me yesterday when seeing the video and now in this picture. It creeps me out.

Riots in Minneapolis for the second night last night. started again around 2pm this afternoon at several places in Minneapolis and Saint Paul. Bunch of businesses closing early and boarding up. We closed early today. Sitting in my backyard listening to a consistent stream of sirens.

I gotta say, I sure hope all this ends Amy Klobuchar's career as a big fat spotlight is shone on her prosecutorial record in Minneapolis and her refusal to prosecute cops... including Derick Chauvin himself.
