lol

Epic can suck my balls.

Played the game a bit last night.  Looks good.  Gunfights are more intense.  Now, this is literally only ten minutes of playing, so take that with a grain of salt.  Oh and claptrap is claptrap.

I am in the middle of a year-long project that is about to go live.  F* the timing of that.  I had long planned to take a day off today but I can't, and I might have to work the weekend.

I didn't have time to pick the game up last night, but I'm grabbing it today after work. Very excited to play! I have the weekend off, but may not get a ton of time during the day - darn kids!! I'll probably get 5-10 hours in this weekend after they're in bed, so that's nice!

I got about an hour of play time in.

Yep...it is a Borderlands game.  I am liking the game play so far.  The visuals are taking a bit to get used to.

Three hours in and I am now used to how the game looks.  So much richer than the last game.

How the guns handle in the game is pretty great.  Tough to nail down exactly what they did but handle so well.  And the physics behind how the enemies act when hit is awesome.  At this point I am about level 8 and enjoying the hell out of the game.

So I guess this game is a dumpster fire, eh?

And maybe the PC version includes a keylogger in Denuvo. GG Pitchford!

From my perspective the game is awesome.  So far it plays really well.  Guns are awesome.  Environments are great.  No complaints from me.  Very glad that I went with the PS4 version so far.  And I am enjoying the hell out of the game as it stands right now.

If you are going to play on PC it is probably better to wait.  I hear that the game has all sorts of PC problems, particularly on Dx12.

From what I hear, the problems are cross-platform. /shrug/

But yeah, they got a good partner in the epic store... they can release a broken game on a store front that has no user reviews, feedback, or forums.

I'm enjoying the game so far. It took a little bit to get used to aiming down sight, for some reason I was struggling to get the crosshairs on target.

I've gotten Moze to level 11, mainly going with the Bottomless Mags tree for now. I really wish the mech had longer uptime - getting a few seconds of use with a huge cool down kinda sucks.

I'm definitely enjoying the new physics in the game - having a psycho jump towards you and catching him with a shotgun blast that launches him back 20 feet is quite satisfying.

I am having a great time with the game so far.  Super satisfying.  I have even done MP with a friend and it was great.  Fast paced fighting.  Not a single problem so far.

I'm hoping to have a friend come over this weekend for some couch co-op. It should be good times! I like how the game scales so lower level characters can still play and find gear that's on level for them.

The only "problem" I've had has been some menus being a little slow to pull up initially, but it's not horrible. Only a couple seconds of delay on the first time loading up a menu.

The MP game I was in the other guy was level 19 and I was 12.  He saw enemies that were level 17 and I saw them as 11.  It is actually very impressive how they pulled that off.

My son and my best friend both grabbed the game over the weekend and they are having a blast with it. My son started as Moze and I think he is level 15 at the moment.

Good to hear. (See it is not just me that is enjoying the game.  :P )

I am also playing Moze and she has been pretty tough.  Still figuring out the build.  I am trying for a grenade/splash build.  So far it is viable.
