Anime Recommendation

I have limited anime experience. I've seen Death Note, Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood, and Avatar (if you count that).  All were good and I'm looking for more.  Ideally it wouldn't be available on Netflix.  As a side note I am not a big fan of anime that sexualizes the female characters  when they look like they are teens.

Any suggestions?

I guess I should add that I don't want to have to watch a gazillion episodes to get through the series.  A ballpark limit might be around 100.  I see that a bunch of them are we'll over 400 episodes. I have to imagine that I would be sick of the show way before I got to that point.

The two I would recommend are Neon Genesis Evangelion and Cowboy Bebop. The best 2 by far. I'm also very offput by the sexualization of kids angle of so many anime.

The three I mentioned where good.

@Lego: The two you mentioned are not available on Netflix but I will keep an eye out for them.  Prime has season 1 of Neon but that is it.

I thoroughly enjoyed Trigun some 15 years ago! Only 26 episodes.

How many episodes? It was a short run series, I think only 27-ish episodes.

Amazon Prime searching is crap.  You want to see what is included and they slip things in that cost.

Sadly I was wrong about Neon, not available in either place.  Same with Trigun
