i've seen a couple comments that seem relevant: 1) virtually all of trump's current lawsuits would be insufficient to change the outcome even if he won everything (and he won't), and 2) he's pushing fundraising to support his challenge, but almost none of that money is going to support that (most of it's going to retire campaign debt, and the rest into a new leadership PAC).
so basically, one last fundraising scam.
unrelated point is that repubs think this helps their senate candidates in GA. keeps voters engaged and angry, i suppose. that could obviously cut both ways.
edit: regarding GA, polling (lol) seems to show Warnock in a strong position. Ossoff is behind, but maybe coattails from Warnock will help.
