I wonder what President BIDEN is doing today. President BIDEN. President BIDEN. Don't think I can say that enough.

I just stared watching a couple of weeks ago and just started season 2 last night. I really like it, but I'm easy to please. Seems very intimate vs the grand, sweeping scale of the Star Wars movies.

Crazy times. And the extreme right is trying to blame the left for the violence. Pretty tough sell, but there are millions buying trash these days.

And why are they upset with Antifa? It's anti fascism, isn't it? Isn't fascism a bad thing, Hitler and those guys? Or is the name a cover for extreme left wing activities? I can't believe how far they pushed Trump's brand of populism. Isn't he a fascist himself? He's certainly acting like it, calling into question the election results, refusing to admit he lost?

Ha.  I thought no President would ever be worse than Bush.  I guess never under estimate the depths of politics.  The idea that someone, one day, would be worse than Trump is almost unimaginable.
Totally agree with this.  I used to think Bush was the worst thing ever.

Ditto. Now I think, at least Bush was just an idiot.

The Republicans really need a think over if the fracture is going to be bridged. Mainstream Dems can't wander too far Left either.

I can't recall grinding so hard for one piece of gear as I have for the Band of Might. Finally broke down and consulted Google who suggested starting a lvl 1 Barb and gamble shards. Got it on my second set of shards.

Wow, GR 105 HC. Congratulations!

mn4nu, dying while Urshing sucks. Commiserations.

You guys make me wanna stop reading this thread and go play. I've made 4 chars this far. I started off with the Wizard because I loved the Hydra Wiz and was curious to see how much the changes affected play. I understand Blizz wanted to move this build away from channeling, but I never really used it much that way to begin with. I found that I could cruise T16 incorporating in 2 pieces of Sage and the Hydras would destroy everything with very little need to channel much at all. And I haven't been doing much higher GR grinding these days. So, because the new style requires a bit more work, I didn't really like the changes at first. Now I've adapted and discovered I can still use Deathwish for an instant damage wallop instead of having to stack 10 spectral stacks from Fragment of Destiny so it's still my go to T16 DB farming build.

Then I started a DH because I love the DH and the Gears set is so powerful and so fast it's great for bounties and GRing. But then I saw the Necro was kicking butt on the leaderboards and it was a build that didn't incorporate a giant cooldown and 4 second window of key blasting so I wanted to try that out it didn't take me long to remember that the Necro playstyle and I just don't agree.  But we'll see. And lastly I wanted to build a support Barb so I could help a buddy play higher GRs. I've been having a really difficult time finding the Band of Might. So I keep dying...

was pondering which conquests to do for guardian this season, and am worried the 8 dungeon conquest might be necessary. i've never done either the speed act or the boss conquest; both of those seem geared for MP rather than SP. maybe speed racer/sprinter would be doable SP with an angry chicken WD? no idea.

I don't think either Speed Racer or Boss Mode are doable in SP. From what I've heard - and I haven't tried either personally - both are tricky even with groups of 4. Mastering 8 sets might have to be the third in SP but I have to believe Mastering 8 dungeons would take some time also.

Started a Wizard cause I wanted to see how they had altered the Hydra build. It was a move away from a channeling build but to be honest, it was powerful enough that you really didn't have to channel to do T16, just throw out a couple of Frost Hydras and keep running or stop to pick up loot.

Anyway, the build seems more powerful now, although you have to do more work to get it, not onerous or anything but extra steps. It does feel more wizardly, in that you're casting and avoiding, casting and avoiding, instead of sitting still and channeling and I like it.

And then I started a Demon Hunter because they just feel so amazing these days.

Haven't even began thinking about the ridiculous set dungeons.
