Title: Backlog
Post by: Kasferatu on May 10, 2018, 03:50:42 PM
So Pix obviously outdoes me, but this is still way more out of hand than I thought: https://www.grouvee.com/user/Kasferatu/shelves/333581-backlog/?sort_by=grouvee_rating&dir=desc&dateFrom=&dateTo=&num=100&compact=1

Interesting Site.  Do you have to manually load your game catalog?

Backlog? I don't have no stinking backlog!

I simply have an extensive list of games that have been left unattended...

Steam imports automatically. For the rest, that's manual :'(

I started manually marking games.  I see where you can link the steam account.  Not to see how to get it to do the import.

You need to make your steam profile public temporarily and then remove and add the link to it again to trigger the import.

I do a pretty decent job not getting too far behind, mainly because I have a lot of buyer's remorse when I buy a game at full or near full price and don't get to it right away, and it's like $10 when I play it instead of $60.  This used to be kinda hard but now I have very few friends that play any games, and basically none that play the games that I do, so being part of the initial launch zeitgeist doesn't matter much and I can wait until they're cheaper.  I do have a lot of free games that came with my consoles or from PS+ that it bothers me that I haven't played, even if I never planned to play them.

Or you keep your steam profile on public as you want achievement tracking websites to keep up to date with your progress ;)

Back to the topic I have an account on the https://backloggery.com/ which looks more colourful at least .. not sure which is better functionality wise

I looked at backloggery but bailed out when I saw I couldn't just import my steam catalogue :D

Well it imported 45 games.  Not sure if that is because I manually added the rest, or if it going to do it in batches.
