I managed to do a GR75 and augmented my Primal Hly Point Shot to complete the season and earn my 3rd stash tabs on EU. I'll probably start a character on US now to earn the season pet and get some of the portrait frames...

I rebirthed oneone of my DHs on US last night and was plodding through Hard rifts when I thought I'd see of there were any charitable souls hanging out in the Powerlevelling community. A P900 Necro invited me to join him and took me to level 70 then through 2 GR65s to get my US season off to a flying start.

Ugh...I died due to a disconnect doing T10 goblin runs.  I really hate dying that way.  I think I'll finish this season with a necromancer.

No worse way to go. Sorry to hear.

Got my Skellymancer up to GR 68, and I think that's about it for him.  I tried to push for 70 just because it's a round number, but after failing a few 69's, I figured it was time to hang it up.  Overall, I was surprised at how far he got anyway.  Seven Skellies, 10 Skelly Mages, and Corpse Explosions all over the place.  Other than Bone Spikes as the generator and Bone Armor for some extra damage reduction, that's it.  Pretty fun build, and other than the Skelly Mages constantly dying and having to be re-summoned, quite reminiscent of a D2 Skellymancer.

On what would've been his last run, a legendary hand crossbow and a Cloak of Deception both dropped, which was a clear sign that I should Rebirth my DH.  I decided to have some fun with it and do a little experiment, but I only had one Gem of Ease, so I temporarily gave it to my Wizard, and ran GR's until I had another Level 25 Gem of Ease.

I'd never started a character (Seasonal or otherwise) with both a Level 70 weapon and any other Level 70 item, which is why I wanted the second Gem of Ease.  I forgot that I'd deleted my female DH Claire a while back to clear a character slot, so I nuked my Crusader and started a new Seasonal DH, Angelina.

Started at Torment VI, Act V Bounties, just to see what happens.  As we all know, the first half hour or so is pure insanity.  Kill one creature, go up six levels, clear a room, gain so many levels that the toasts are literally non-stop for a while.  Things slow down after a while, and by the 30's I found that I needed to keep up my other armor slots.  T6 is pretty tame by today's standards, but you still can't do it with just a weapon and a cloak.  It was painful having Haedrig make stuff that literally only lasted 10 minutes, but you do what you gotta do.  For a while, I was spending more time making gear and choosing/updating skills than I was killing demons.

The 60's slog was the worst.  Despite the best equipment I could give her, she was dying a lot.  But she finally finished the fifth Bounty, and hit Level 68 after Cain's reward.  Nothing good in the cache.

It took nearly three hours because of all the re-crafting, deaths, and waiting for cooldowns, but she did it.  One set of Bounties at T6 got her to Level 68.  Fun.  I was hoping she'd make Level 70, just because, but it was not to be.  Maybe next time.

I'm having a hard time staying motivated, when seeing all the huge buffs coming out for next season. I'm getting overwhelmed by the amount of crap in my stash right now too, so I'm contemplating just trashing everything (aside from a few sets, probably). I just have too many characters that I don't play and gear that I won't use.

I totally agree with everything you said.  I've been thinking about cleaning house on just about everything, characters included.  It's so easy to level and gear characters now that it isn't a bad idea.

I already trashed everything in my stash.  Long ago.  No point in keeping anything that isn't a high gem or a really good ancient that you're not using.  Everything else is actively on a character anyway.

That being said, I found the second to last piece of equipment for my necro.  I'm running a standard bones of rathma / jesseths build and as of last week didn't have Reilena's Shadowhook, Tasker and Theo, Circle of Nailuj's Evol OR Krysbin's Sentence.  lol  in spite of that I was still doing okay.  In the last week I've found everything except the Circle of Nailuj's Evol.  So summoning skellies is still a royal pain in the ass.

I'm hoping to do some actual multiplayer games sometime this weekend.  Thus far I've only joined one the whole season, that I can recall.  I need keys and rifts, yo!  My gems are sadly underpowered.  lol.  If anyone's up for it, message me when you see me on
