I subscribe to that guy and saw that yesterday.  Pretty amazing find, and not even from a boss, which makes it more amazing.  He's down to around 16 items left to go, but he's found the most rare one by far.  I still get urges to play that game sometimes.

I didn't watch it all, just clicked through a couple of points. After it dropped he backed off and hit escape, presumably to stop getting attacked while he calmed down. Did he actually pick it up or was he risking being one click away from leaving the game with it still on the floor???

And it's kind of cool to see a vid of it, but people were actually watching a live feed of this with all that inane chatter?!

The guy does many things, not just MFing.  He does various challenges, speed runs.   I'd say people like Mn4nu are a big part of it.  They are still fond for the game, but can't be bothered to actually play it ..

He's a pretty good D2 youtuber.  He also plays path of exile and starcraft.  Like Tim said, he does a lot of speedrunning and pvp challenges, but that stuff doesn't really interest me.  I just mainly watch his videos with his magic finding sorceress where he finds something good.

I never got too much into trying to get a grail, but I am the type of person that would find the statistical improbability of finding a Tyrael's Might worth taking a minute to ponder and enjoy for its own sake like he did.

That was awesome! I totally forgot about Templar's Might, and would have assumed it was Tyrael's. Whoops!
