Trump Admits To Making Up Trade Deficit In Talks With Canadian Prime Minister

" 'Trudeau came to see me. He's a good guy, Justin. He said, "No, no, we have no trade deficit with you, we have none. Donald, please," ' Trump said, mimicking Trudeau, according to audio of the private event in Missouri obtained by The Washington Post. 'Nice guy, good-looking guy, comes in "Donald, we have no trade deficit." He's very proud because everybody else, you know, we're getting killed. ...
" 'So, he's proud. I said, "Wrong, Justin, you do." I didn't even know. ... I had no idea. I just said, "You're wrong." You know why? Because we're so stupid. ... And I thought they were smart. I said, "You're wrong, Justin." He said, "Nope, we have no trade deficit." I said, "Well, in that case, I feel differently," I said, "but I don't believe it." I sent one of our guys out, his guy, my guy, they went out, I said, "Check, because I can't believe it." ' "

freaking man-child. Mueller cannot go fast enough.

regarding the border wall:

He said he liked a fully concrete wall because it was the hardest to climb, but he noted that it needs see-through capability.

sounds like something my 4 year old kid would demand.

so there's a youngish trekkie at work that actually claims to prefer this show to the new actual star trek (discovery). granted discovery is a mixed bag and a bit of a departure from the formula (for better or worse). i still haven't been able to bring myself to sit through an episode of the orville, but i gather it's been renewed for a second season...

Discovered Endless Sky on Steam, which is currently free. Nice game and easy to get into. Can't tell if combat is overly simplistic or has depth which I haven't worked out yet. Scratches an itch for a hybrid between Elite and EvE style gameplay.

thanks for posting this. it's basically Escape Velocity redone, as far as i can tell. haven't stumbled across much in the way of story in this one yet, but it's been some good mindless fun building up a fleet, so far.

like we need more evidence to know he's a f888ing idiot.

i've heard one analyst call trump's decision on the TPP the best thing to happen to china in 1000 years. that is probably an exaggeration, but the point is most people realize it was a stupid move. trump has made noises about being open to renegotiation, but he apparently needs some way to save face. he's never wrong, you know.

wow, nice gloves. i don't play much monk but as an almost entirely solo player, i'd roll the armor off, probably for critical hit damage.

jealous of the reroll. i've gambled a primal but all the rest have been drops. haven't reforged one yet.

i know it's dumb but i haven't been able to bring myself to salvage the non-useful primals i've found (2 primal gladiator gauntlets?!? awesome). there might be *some* situation where that item becomes useful... and 15 souls is not much more than what you generally get from a rift run, maybe 2 if you're unlucky. not much better than just selling them for gold.

got a couple gr93s with my barb. failed a couple 94s by 3-5 minutes. triggered nerves once or twice in those. that's probably gonna be it for the season. got a head start salvaging stuff in the stash. gonna be a pain making space/deciding what else to keep...

So I just did a rift that was insane.  It had about 10 bosses and about 20 goblins.  T6, and I had just moved up to that level so handling all that was a bit beyond my character.  I died about 6 times before I cleared the level.

So the questions is...WTF.

If you hit the Escape key, you have the option to lower the difficulty
in game for future reference.  This works provided a GR isn't open.

and only for SC.

the RNG gods smiled down on you. or, sometimes you get the rift, sometimes the rift gets you. sounds exciting! :)
