So you are saying that I should look into the second but skip the first?

There's a core of a really, really great game here. But they've buried it under fifty pounds of bullshit and side quests.

Mass Effect original trilogy are my favorite games of all time, bar none. I've played them all so many times.

This one is just breaking my heart. I want to love it. I keep coming back to it. It just doesn't seem to want to let me love it. :P

I'll finish it. But I'm not sure I'll ever replay it. And that's sad.

Except you didn't finish.  But I just did booyah.  ;D

Ultimately that first line is the truest one.

There are several plot lines that aren't wrapped up.  I wonder if they will ever see the light of day.  Probably not...sad.

I enjoyed DA:I...but they really didn't need to make a worse version of that.

Drack was awesome.
Cora got progressively better.
Peebee started cool and then just got boring.
Liam I was not a big fan.
Jaal came in second behind Drack.
Vetra was pretty fun.

I romanced Suvi.

Ah well...uninstalled. (though I uploaded my saves)

I hate to admit that I couldn't get into the original.  Maybe I should give it another try.

Ultimate Survivor is fun.  I remember a couple hard points.  My suggestion...don't die.  :-P

Ant Man is enjoyable.

Captain America Winter Soldier is my favorite Marvel.  Dead Pool is a close second.

Well all my planets are at 100%  Need to finish the Peebee, Liam, and Jaal loyalty quests.  Those three go on hold a lot.  Can't wait to kill the douche bag leader of the Roekaar Akksul.  It is possible that he escapes my clutches so he can be killed in a sequel.   Not that there will ever be a sequel.

I imagine that this was enough of a shit show that we will never get a sequel.  Pity as the idea behind the game had merit.

That's a bummer.  Given that I rarely use mods I know I don't have it.

Yeah....I get you.  I would still argue it is bad game design.  Might not be a bad idea from a marketing stand point, but IMO bad game design.

D3 did something similar with the fact that you only had to build one character for each class.  But at least they didn't allow you to switch to from being a Demon Hunter to a Witch Doctor, which is essentially what you are doing here.  And yes I realize the two games are analogous.

Yeah...I remember all of that explanation.  I still think it is stupid as all hell.  From the lack of replay-ability to just being stupidly OP.  From my vantage point it is just bad game design.  There is no nuance to this game.

Getting close to the end of the game.

So basically switch your class on the fly.

Another concept that I don't like in this game.

I was afraid that was the answer.  I am planning as a Vanguard and I think it would be bad and OP if I just decided to switch over to be an Engineer just because I can into a bunch of monsters that have massive shields.

So I have all the planets at 100% viability and I am working on loyalty missions.

Mean while I have maxed out my three skills and all the passives to go along with them...and I have 58 extra skill points left unused.  What am I missing?

The visual imagery is really interesting as well.  Worth reading up on.

Well it imported 45 games.  Not sure if that is because I manually added the rest, or if it going to do it in batches.

I am really impressed with this song.

I started manually marking games.  I see where you can link the steam account.  Not to see how to get it to do the import.
