Yeah, it's sweet.  The one I have on Americas has +2 to pickup radius instead of +35% gold, but that's just being picky.

Nice sack, Orbert!

Yeah, I haven't heard that since...   well, let's say it's been a while.  But thanks! :)

Michelle, my Eurobabe (DH) ran a GR70 the other day, and for her guaranteed Primal, got this little beauty:

If that looks familiar, it might be because I've got one on Americas, too, which I posted a while back.  What can I say?  The RNG gods love me.

I managed to put together an N6M4 last night.  I forgot about the Cloak of the Garwulf and recycled it instead of cubing it.  I cubed some Reaper's Wraps instead.

Pretty fun.  It's a very "active" build; you gotta hit them buttons and stay on top of things to keep the buffs up and the monsters down.  She's specializing in Cold right now.  That might change, might not.

I don't care about scoring high on the Leader Boards or having the build that kills the fastest.  I care whether or not it's fun to play.  Sometimes staying on top of things and seeing what the build can do is fun; sometimes I just want to kill things.  I guess I'll always have M6 or UE for that.

I'll probably end up trying both, once I have all the equipment.

Thanks for the tips, guys!  Topaz in the Helm, eh?  Makes sense if the build is as resource-hungry as it sounds.

Wondering about the Frostburns in the Cube.  I use Reaper's Wraps in the Cube sometimes if I don't have room to wear them.  Moot at this point, since I don't have enough Marauder pieces to do this yet, but this sounds like an interesting build.

Since Demon Hunter is my favorite class, I've been thinking about trying the N6M4 build, which should be easier with Grandeur built-in.

Unfortunately, I've checked out three or four guides and none of them agree on which pieces make up the N6M4 build.

Can anyone here recommend an N6M4 build that they've actually tried and can comment on?

Thanks!  I love you all.

Mrs. Orbert wanted to do something I'd mentioned a while back, which is start two characters who always and only play together.  A permanent team.  This was a few weeks ago, and I told her that it kinda made sense to wait and do it when the new Season drops.  It did, and we have.  She wanted to do the Campaign, though, which is boring me to pieces.  But... it's "together" time for me and the missus, and is given its proper respect.  We're still in Act I collecting pieces of a broken sword that some guy dropped when he fell out of the sky or something.

Okay seriously, it's not that bad.  Kinda cool, actually, because we always level within a minute or so of each other.  The only time we don't is if one of us dies and the other gets a little bit ahead on xp, but I think the game "rebalances the load" or something, giving the lower-level person a slightly bigger slice of xp, because eventually we ended up in sync again.  It's an interesting dynamic.

Meanwhile, not wanting to mess up my Season Journey on Americas, I've started a DH on Europe.  Orbert#1313 if someone wants to meet up.

Yep, story is all over the place, and I'm kinda not paying much attention to it since it tells you in big banner letters what you need to do.  You get to a certain place and a thing comes up saying FIND AND KILL GREESHOBOO or something.  Or you talk to someone who literally has paragraphs of text to read to you, but you can skip it and get a banner saying GO TO THE MOUNTAIN which is what the NPC was taking like ten minutes to get to.  So it's awkward.  But the gameplay is okay.

Yeah so I should probably change my "forgone conclusion" to "probably" or even "maybe".  My son got me hooked on Path of Exile.  I'd heard of it, heard it was fun (reviews are actually quite mixed, but if lots of people found it run, I might too, regardless of how many people don't), so I checked it out.

The past week, I've been spending what normally would have been Diablo time playing Path of Exile.  I'm finally figuring the damned game out and have a Level 41 Rogue or Amazon or whatever they are in that game.  The bow babes.  Apparently there are 10 acts and I just finished Act 3, so I might be at this a while and skip the D3 season.

Interesting.  Since I still play D3 anyway, it's a foregone conclusion that I'll rebirth a Seasonal character.  Just trying to figure out which one.  I usually play Demon Hunters, but Natalya's is one of my least favorite sets.  Barbarian IK is always fun.
