I have several artists I support.

It's a pretty cool thing overall.

Leveling up your steam profile gives you more showcases and allows you to have more friends. It's actually pretty useful in a stupid sort of way.

I actually have more showcases than I know what to do with now, but it is fun coming up with interesting uses for them!

Titan Quest comes out on Switch at the end of the month and it looks like it might be worth a buy. It's old AF, but that's fine. Has anyone here played it (I assume so) and would you recommend it? Basically - how does it compare to D2/D3 in reagrd to gameplay, replayability, loot hunting, etc etc.

Edit: I see there's a whole sub-forum on the old GO. I'll read that.

TQ is good. Bonus! They only recently, after like 10 years, added another expansion for it - Ragnarok - with a new class and all. It's even betterer now. Very recommended.

It's better than D3, not as good as D2. YMMV.

Once again, Lego shows up, posts once, and then disappears for a year. :P

Cultist Simulator and Slay the Spire have both been getting rave reviews in my rather-large Steam group. They seem to be pretty solid, entertaining games.

Why don't you just hang around so we don't have to update you?  :P

I still work at the same shitty place. I'm still divorced, single, suffering from crippling social anxiety, and suicidally depressed most days and generally only manage to live through the day by virtue of being too chicken to do anything about it. :P

Other than that, things are peachy. And I bought a brand-new car last week, which is the first time in my life I've had a car less than 10 years old, so I'm pretty stoked about that.

I mostly just play video games and exist.

How bout you? Haven't seen you on Fartbook in quite a while.

Honestly, I haven't even half filled my 500gb SDD. I feel like 1 TB is overkill, but would rather have the space in case I need it.

I think I have a Win7 DVD around somewhere. Can you upgrade for free still?

I don't think so. But there's a better option anyway:

1. download the Win10 installation media
2. Create your bootable Win10 DVD or flash drive
3. After you build new PC, use this to install Win10
4. When it asks for an activation key, use your Win7 CD key and it should activate just fine

Microsoft doesn't SAY this will work. But it does. It was working in October 2017... It was still working in January 2018 ... Still working in March 2018. (edit: Another one from May 31, 2018!)

Basically, it looks like MS is being pretty dang generous about Win10 activations...

Now is the list of teams mostly likely to win (in order of likelyhood):
  • Brazil

Color me shocked.

Why I don't pay attention - it's always the same winners. ;) [/list]

I saw a lot about story.

But I agree that it's probably not for you.

It is, however, for me. :D While playing Conan Exiles with my kids, a bunch of times we were like "Wouldn't this be awesome in the Fallout universe?" And lo! It came to pass!
